Innovative electric vehicle charging advisor Blue Whale EV  has officially opened its new corporate headquarters in Anne Arundel County.

Located at 980 Mercantile Drive in Hanover, the new state-of-the-art facility will also serve as the company’s central hub for sales, storage, and services of EV charging equipment. The 10,000 square-foot space will allow Blue Whale to continue scaling its sustainable transportation solutions while working toward a greener future.

“It is truly an exciting time to be in the EV charging industry,” said Scott Swidersky, CMO & CRO of Blue Whale . “We have built this state-of-the-art facility with the help of St. John’s Properties that will allow the business to scale, while continuing to provide our white glove and consultative approach to building the critical infrastructure needed to promote Electric Vehicles throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.”

Blue Whale assists its clients with implementing infrastructure solutions, including cities; airports; commercial real estate developers; and stadiums. The company helps customers not only plan for the adoption of renewable energy alternatives, but also integrates and maintains EV charging software into existing systems.

Blue Whale works closely with charging manufacturers, like Blink Charging Co., to complete EV charging installations. The grand opening came just days after a major announcement from Blink , which stated it was relocating its Miami headquarters to Maryland and establishing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Prince George’s County.

The recent opening also celebrated the new offices of Critical Peake Services, a licensed commercial electrical contractor and the installer for Blue Whale.
